A state-of-the-art project management process has been established, fully debugged, and extremely well suited to the requirements of system development and customer desires. All necessary tools and resources are available in an adequate quantity and with adequate qualifications and experience.
Your projects will be broken down into many smaller, more manageable components and sub-components and the following phases: design, procurement, manufacturing / factory assembly / factory acceptance tests, packing / transport as well as site installation and commissioning / site acceptance tests. This facilitates a realistic planning, an accordant execution, a close controlling, a high awareness of risks and the possibility to mitigate potentially emerging risks within a short time in order to provide the final product to the customer's full satisfaction.
